A person can be a foster carer, adopter and contributor. Add the relevant roles to their contact record so the team can find their details in one place.

Set permissions for each feature area. A volunteer can have access to daily care tools while financial or administrative areas remain restricted.
Follow recorded changes
The activity log shows actions, users and times. Logged field changes can include previous and updated values, helping the team understand what changed.

Analytics provides organisation-wide summaries and location breakdowns. Use animal lists to review selected groups, or the available CSV exports when you need further analysis.
Which animal types are included?
The defaults are Cat, Dog, Rabbit, Bird and Wildlife. You can also add custom types for the animals your organisation cares for.
