Keep track of
daily feedings.

Use a weekly board to record feedings for each animal. Your team can see which feedings have been recorded and which still need checking.

Review a week of feeding records

The feeding board shows animals in rows and days of the week in columns. Mark a feeding after it has been given so other team members can see the updated record.

  • See today’s recorded feeding progress
  • Move between weeks
  • Review animals and dates together

Set the number of daily feedings

Choose between one and five feedings per day in the board’s settings. The board then provides the corresponding feeding checks for each animal.

  • Support one or several daily rounds
  • Use separate checks for each feeding
  • Review the day’s progress on the board

Add context to a feeding

Use feeding notes to record observations your team should know, such as food left uneaten or a change in where the animal was fed. Keep the note with the relevant feeding entry.

  • Record observations about an individual feeding
  • Keep the animal and date clear
  • Give the next caregiver useful context

Review an animal’s feeding history

The animal profile includes a monthly feeding widget. Use it to review recorded feeding days and identify dates your team may need to check.

  • Review a month at a time
  • Follow up on missing entries without assuming what happened

Coordinate feeding rounds with your team

Two volunteers share the same week of feeding records.

Open the week you need

Use the week controls to review an earlier round or a particular date. The page address includes the selected week.

Focus on one location

Filter the board by location to see the animals at the site you are covering. This helps volunteers work through their own feeding round.

A feeding record keeps the volunteer and time beside a cat's feeding check.

See when feedings were recorded

Feeding activity appears in the organisation’s activity log with the person and time recorded. Your team can use the history to check entries together.

Record feedings during the round

Open the feeding board on your phone while caring for the animals. Recording each feeding at the time gives the rest of the team a more useful picture of the day’s work.
