Assign tasks and
track their progress.

Give a task to a team member, set its due date and choose a repeat schedule if needed. Pawsies keeps pending work and recorded completions available to your team.

See pending and overdue tasks

The Tasks page separates pending and completed work and marks tasks past their due date as overdue. Filter by priority, task type or assignee to focus on the work you need to review.

  • Switch between Pending, Completed and All
  • Filter by priority and task type
  • Find tasks assigned to a person or left unassigned

Give each task a clear purpose

Add a title and description, then set the due date, priority and assignee. Link the task to an animal when the work concerns that animal’s care.

  • Describe what needs doing
  • Choose a due date and priority
  • Assign a team member
  • Optionally link an animal

  • Repeat daily, twice daily, weekly or monthly
  • Set an interval in days or weeks
  • Choose specific weekdays
  • Add a time and optional end date

Review recorded completions

Recurring tasks have a history of completed occurrences. Use the history to check when your team recorded a task as done and who completed it.

  • Review individual completion entries
  • Check the recorded person and date
  • Use the history when following up on routine work

Review task activity with other changes

Task completion appears in the organisation’s activity log. Your team can review it alongside other recorded activity.

Give routine work a clear record

Assign regular checks and follow-ups, then record completion as the work is done. The next team member can see what is outstanding and when earlier tasks were recorded as complete.
