Choose the record type to export

Organisation settings provides separate CSV downloads for animals, locations, movements and other records. For example, the animal export includes identification and status fields, while the feeding export includes dates and who recorded each feeding.

Use exports for further analysis

Download the records you need and review the columns before preparing a report or moving data to another system. These CSV files contain selected record information; they are not a complete backup of every field, history entry and uploaded file. Export access is controlled through user permissions.
