Review who has access

See members and invitations in one place. Search by name or email, then filter by role, invitation status or access to specific features.

  • See roles and joining dates
  • Review pending and declined invitations
  • Find who can access each feature

Invite someone by email

Choose the invitation language and Member, Admin or Custom access before sending. You can cancel pending invitations that are no longer needed.

  • Invite each person with their own login
  • Choose the invitation email’s language
  • Set access before they join

Set permissions for individual feature areas

Custom access lets you choose None, View, Edit or Full for animals, feeding, documents and finances. Update permissions whenever someone’s responsibilities change.

  • Control access to care and record-management features
  • Set finance permissions separately
  • Choose access to analytics and the activity log

Control sharing and administration separately

Public-link creation, data export, user management and organisation settings have their own permission controls. Billing is reserved for the organisation owner.

  • Decide who can create public share links
  • Control CSV export access
  • Choose who can manage users and organisation settings
  • Keep billing with the owner
A hand secures two chain links with a small padlock.

Examples of custom access

A volunteer crouches to set down a meal for an approaching dog.

Feeding volunteers

A custom setup can give volunteers access to feeding records and animal information while leaving finance and administration disabled.

A treasurer sorts coins into a small cash box.

Treasurers

Give a treasurer the finance permissions needed to record and review income, expenses and donations. Set other areas according to their responsibilities.

A vet gently examines a cat on a small table.

Veterinary collaborators

Choose animal, medical-record and medication permissions according to the work your veterinary collaborator will do in Pawsies.

Keep access up to date

Change permissions as roles change. When someone leaves, remove their access without deleting the records they added.
