Invite someone by email
Choose the invitation language and Member, Admin or Custom access before sending. You can cancel pending invitations that are no longer needed.

Set permissions for individual feature areas
Custom access lets you choose None, View, Edit or Full for animals, feeding, documents and finances. Update permissions whenever someone’s responsibilities change.

Control sharing and administration separately
Public-link creation, data export, user management and organisation settings have their own permission controls. Billing is reserved for the organisation owner.

Examples of custom access
Treasurers
Give a treasurer the finance permissions needed to record and review income, expenses and donations. Set other areas according to their responsibilities.
Veterinary collaborators
Choose animal, medical-record and medication permissions according to the work your veterinary collaborator will do in Pawsies.
Keep access up to date
Change permissions as roles change. When someone leaves, remove their access without deleting the records they added.
